We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Purchasing Officer

Location: Ring Road, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement and delivery of goods in line with requirement i.e quality, quantity, time frame and right pricing.
• Maintain total compliance with food and beverages safety/health guidelines in all procurement.
• Carry out market research on emerging trends as well as prices fluctuations and keep the management informed accordingly.
• Ensure adequate supply of needed materials to avoid stock out.
• Carry out monthly procurement cost and variance analyses e.t.c
• Co-ordinate all logistics to ensure timely delivery of procurement items e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND / B.Sc in Purchasing and Supply or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Good knowledge of federal government procurement policies and procedures.
• High level of integrity.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Attention to details and good record management.
• Knowledge of market analysis.
• Good organization and skills.
• Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
