We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Kachia, Kaduna

Description 

• Have the experience or ability to work in Ginger farming.
• Recruitment & Training of out growers.
• Crop inspections, planting, and crop maintenance
• Advising growers on proper harvesting methods
• Maintain Production related databases, prepare progress reports, and ensure all relevant production information is sent to the Management.
• Maintenance and reconciliation of all crop production records
• Ensure optimum asset utilization and security.
• Ensure adequate controls to minimize risk in the crop production chain
• Set and monitor subordinate staff’s annual goals in alignment with the functional performance targets and carry out performance evaluation at the end of the financial year
• Training of all field officers, building and maintaining an effective team.
• Promote an actively caring culture for safety amongst all personnel and growers.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Agric with 1 - 3 years work experience.
