We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and, vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Manage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience inmarketing, B2B, life insurance, or a similar role in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Proven proficiency in leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
• Exemplary organization, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills are required.
