Job Title: Call Centre Agent (Debt Recovery)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Answering questions about a company's products or services.
• Processing orders and transactions.
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Delivering information about a company's offerings.
• Providing proactive customer outreach.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Excellent Negotiation Skills.

Salary

• N32,000 monthly.
