Job Title: Sales Executive

Description 

• Sales Manager needed to oversee the day-to-day Sales of properties and manage a team of marketers to meet up with targets.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing existing revenue streams and developing new ones.
• Recruiting, hiring and developing sales representatives.
• Setting sales targets for sales teams and sales reps.
• Developing and writing up strategic plans.
• Leading sales teams.
• Developing sales teams.
• Turning leads into sales.
• Putting together sales pitches.
• Continually assess the sales processes to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Keeping an eye on competitors.
• Building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Excellent leadership skills.
