Required Job Description
- Generate revenue from Sales and leasing of property listings.
- Prospect/generate and follow-up on quality leads for the purpose of Sales/Lease
- Search open listings to find properties and maintain/update current property listings for client.
- Schedule and conduct inspections/viewings with clients of the firm (current and prospective).
- Promote and advertise Property listings.
- Draft/Prepare and review of Sale/purchase Offers and other documents which may be required to facilitate a Sale/Lease.
- Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices
- Business Networking - Attendance of events, seminars, symposiums and Meetings.
- Customer relationship Management: Prompt response to enquiries (Quotes, Property details and other information) as may be requested by our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience as a sales person.
- A working knowledge of marketing.
- Excellent management, negotiation, and planning skills.
