We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities

  • The program manager will report directly to the Manager, Technical Solutions in charge of the Infrastructure Program.
  • The Program Manager will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of the infrastructure program coordinating with the various Technical Project Manager:
  • Manage planning and operation teams and external contractors during the execution of the Submarine Landing project and other infrastructure projects
  • Organize weekly project meetings with all external stakeholder to provide weekly status update on the Submarine landing and other infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance team to ensure all Importer of Record responsibilities by Landing Provider for the Submarine landing are fulfilled in a timely manner and billed for in line with agreed rates.
  • Maintain records for all the Support Services provided to the Project sponsor for both professional and non-professional for Project for invoicing.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for communication with all external stakeholders on the Program which includes the Project Sponsor, Landing Party Operators, Towerco, Property Owners, Community Liaison Coordinator, Technical Vendors and suppliers
  • Collect and present performance information related to infrastructure projects to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify probable impact to associates, clients, and shareholders.
  • Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals.
  • Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope, and team membership.
  • Collaborate effectively with infrastructure associates across entire business units along with management levels.
  • Identify prime cause of contention or disagreement plus recommend corrections, as necessary.
  • Ensure to capture, prioritize, and solve project problems in organized manner.
  • Provide detailed weekly report to all stakeholders on project status, highlighting issues, progress, and cost.
  • Determine the schedule, budget, and resource needs for the Submarine Landing Program.
  • Clearly defines the project goals and objectives
  • Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
  • Creates and defends project budgets
  • Generate or review documentation of project requirements
  • Record document concisely and clearly all project plans
  • Identify prime risks and limitations within project plan.
  • Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance.
  • Oversee precise project results to identify if relevant quality standards area attained.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years’ experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery of Large Infrastructure Program within budget and schedule that involves Electrical, Civil and Mechanical builds.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Written and oral communication skills.
