Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Arrange drugs received from drugs store in the dispensary store
- Monitor stocks of medicines to other units and keep them topped-up.
- Repack drugs for dispensing.
- To compound products such as creams ointments and mixtures from raw ingredients and Prepare compounding utensils.
- Request drugs from Pharmacy store to the Pharmacy
- Deliver requisition to various units - Nursing, Physiotherapy, O & G, Ophthalmology Clinics e.t.c
- Involved in the compounding, dispensing and safe administration of medicines.
Qualification / Experience
- A diploma or its equivalent in Pharmacy Technician certificate from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience.
Core Skills:
- Must have basic skills in drug dispensing
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Must be willing to work on shifts and weekend duties.
- Ability to write and communicate well.
