Job Title: Medical Records Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Descriptions
- Sort patients case notes
- Register patients for the purpose of attending the clinic
- Generate records of patients that attend stand by hospitals
- Compile weekly, monthly and annual statistics for the purpose of planning
- Carry out any other duty as may be assigned by the Head, Medical Records.

- Ability to code and index (Disease and proceeding)
- Ability to generate data for analysis

- Must be willing to work on shifts and weekend duties

Qualification and Experience
- A good HND or its equivalent in Medical Records on Health Information from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 3 years cumulative work experience
- An additional qualification in any relevant medical record profession would be an added advantage
- A current practice license from Health Record Officers Registration Board of Nigeria
