Job Title: Client Relations Officer
Locations: Lagos and Port Hacourt
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection and accreditation, quality assurance, crisis resolution, casual visitation, education/forums, capitation delivery, handling correspondences
- Marketing of health plans
- Provide secondary support to the call center as regards enrollee issues, authorization issues and other issues related to client relations.
Qualification
- MBBS, B.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience(Experience in a Health Management Organization will be an added advantage).
Skills:
- Problem solving skills
- ability to work with computer programs
