We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Location: Maitama, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To Build & maintain strong relationship with the clients.
• Exceptional management & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform responsibilities with target - oriented mindset.
• Candidate must be comfortable in telephonic calls & online communication/chat and converting leads into prospective Clients.
• Develop and maintain a positive company image and positive relations between the company and key customers.
• Study competitors’ products and services.
• Develop and maintain a positive company image and positive relations between the company and key customers.
• You would be required to think outside the box and work with little supervision.
• Hence multi-tasking and a flexible approach to managing one’s work schedule are essentials.
• Full training will be provided.
• Sell service to the prospective clients.
• Collect Client information and fill application forms.
• Liaise with clients of a daily basis.
• Assist clients with knowing the range of services offered.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of services to clients.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification in any discipline from a reputable institution
• Minimum of Second class lower or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Must be female.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Presentable & Pleasing Personality.
• Confident Communication clubbed with smartness, humble and polite attitude.
• Applicant should be Hardworking, trustworthy and dependable.
