Job Title: Shop Floor Supervisor (Female)
Location: Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Responsible for training and supervising the employees and promote the company culture to staff members.
- Ensure improvement in sales and identify specific sales techniques they might need to improve upon. Monitor numbers and track areas that needs more help than others.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by creating a win-win situation where everyone is satisfied and customers have a good experience shopping in their store.
- Monitoring stock level and checking the availability of the stocks and arrange for the supplies of the inventories in time.
Requirements
- HND or Degree qualification in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Prior experience as a shop floor supervisor would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Sales.
- Highly organized.
