Estate / Facility Officer at a Steel Manufacturing Company

TeamAce Limited - Our client, a Steel Manufacturing industrial plant, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate / Facility Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Manage general facilities and equipment of the estate
• Supervise and oversee project
• Provide administrative support to the office/admin manager

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Engineering
• 4 years of related experience, prior experience managing estates of expatriate is a great plus

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly gross.
