Job Responsibilities

• Achieving growth in the business, setting new selling standards.
• Ensuring the sales team is overachieving their targets as individuals and as a team.
• Setting objectives for the team as well as targets, and coaching and performance management.
• Recruitment of dynamic sales professionals.
• Building and maintaining long-lasting go-to client relationships, working with them to ensure all needs are met by the business.
• Working closely with the senior management team to deliver company performance and objectives.
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts, ensuring the business is always innovative and presenting itself at the right quality and price in the current market.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should posses relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• The ideal individual will be a clear communicator, ambitious and be hungry to work for a successful business.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
