We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To provide a professional support function to the HR Business Partnering team.
• Supporting HR Business Partners in the delivery of workforce projects in support of the overall strategic aims of HROD and the Directorates across the Council
• Taking ownership of a range of HROD projects such as the end-to-end delivery of workforce redesign and restructuring projects, complex employee relations casework, organizational development project delivery, and policy implementation.
• Acting as a subject matter expert, advising senior managers on service design principles, stakeholder engagement, and overall project management of workforce change activities.
• Undertake Job Evaluation assessments and quality assurance to ensure accurate assessment to maintain a robust pay policy framework.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 6 years relevant work experience.
