We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Integration Specialist

Location: Nigeria

The Role

• We are looking for smart and hungry junior developers to join our ranks as Integrations Specialists.
• As an Integrations Specialist, you will be assigned as a full time agent to any of our partners, where you’ll be supporting different companies and teams to help them understand and integrate their API products. You will also be working on different software projects for Alvative as they arise.
• Being a junior position, the role doesn’t require a lot of experience, but you need to be smart and hungry.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of a programming language, but we’re currently biased towards mobile (React Native, Flutter, Android Native, Swift), NodeJS, Python and Java in that order.
• Solid understanding of APIs and how they work.
• “Product thinking” - constantly looking out for the ways in which companies in different industries use technology to solve problems
• A strong problem solver. You enjoy getting into thinking through customers’ issues and finding both short and long term solution to problems
• Passionate about growth - we are looking for people who love to learn and grow quickly
• Good communication skills as you will be engaging with people a lot
• Great writing skills, since the role will entail writing
• Experience with building/contributing to open source plugins & libraries is a huge bonus

Compensation

• The Salary is N150,000
• An official laptop
