Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Garki, Abuja

What You Would Do
- The senior Associate will play an active role for both equity and debt fundraiser while growing Accounts and managing a team that takes care of financial, legal and compliance operations for the group.
- Spearhead both equity and debt fundraiser for the company, including direct pitches to investors, selection/management of bankers/vendors, direct ownership of the process from start to finish.
- Manage shareholder and BOD financial and performance reporting support strategy, operation, and financial planning with financial modeling, data analysis and insights.
- Develop and manage budgets and long-range financial forecasts.
- Oversee all finance and operations for the group, including billing, A/R. A/P, GL, cost accounting and revenue recognition, audits, tax and ensure systems and controls reflect ‘best practice’ financial processes.
- Arranging working capital requirements and managing the cash flows.
- Experience with and focus on leveraging automation and software to standardize, speed up and improve the quality of core processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and other regulatory requirements.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or in a related field.
- At least 8 years experience working as a finance associate.
- Strong background in Finance, Audit, Taxation.
- Candidate should have experience handling investor relations and should also understand business and financial modelling.
- Candidate MUST be chartered as at when applying for this position.
- MBA qualification would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in integrated financial management software, such as Sage book.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
