The company is a registered HR consulting firm based in Lekki Phase 1 Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: School Nanny

Job Description

• A school nanny is a caregiver who provides support to children during their time in school.
• Provide attentive care for infants and babies in the creche.
• Display a flexible and friendly demeanor, pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and coordination.
• Offer nurturing and responsible care for children.
• Maintain a clean and conducive environment for the babies to grow and develop.
• Ensure children's safety during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Keep babies clean and change their diapers promptly when necessary.
• Assist in regularly reviewing students' notes, highlighting areas of weakness.
• Clean the assigned classroom every morning and escort students to the restroom as needed.
• Observe and report any behavioral or psychological changes in babies or children to the appropriate authority for immediate parent notification.
• Provide lunch and snacks to children and supervise them during playtime.
• Ensure babies' belongings are properly labeled and handled with care to avoid mixing or confusion.
• Monitor and report absences of babies to the class teacher.
• Engage talking and walking babies in educational activities to enhance their learning skills.
• Remain at the creche until parents pick up their babies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the head teacher.
• Ensure that toys are washed and cleaned properly on a daily basis, as well as on Saturdays.
• Scrub the classrooms on Saturdays to maintain cleanliness.
• Change diapers and bathe infants as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
