Job Title: Technical Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients or other external partners.
- Managing the CEO’s calendars, setting up meetings and making appointments.
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements, when needed.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for the CEO.
- Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc.
- 1 - 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proven experience working for a start-up.
- Passion or experience in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational/record keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly
