First Excelsia Professional Services Limited - Our client, a Real Estate company, located in Berger area of Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales management services to clients
• Propose and implement sales promotional initiatives
• Participate in negotiation and ensure closure of sales processes
• Identify new sales prospects and maintain business acumen throughout the process
• Liaise with the team to organize PR events, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Real Estate company, in a similar role
• Must be conversant with the Real Estate industry
• Good network and influencing skills
• Customer service skills.

Salary
N70,000 + 10% commission on each successful sales.
