We sell self-powered vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, and other commercial vehicles. We have been in existence for 8 (eight) years. We offer satisfactory services to our customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative / Personal Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Answer customers questions.
• Assist customers with their needs.
• Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree with 2-9 years experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
