We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Property & Facility Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Training permanent and casual staff.
• Organising, leading and motivating the operation steam (Cleaners, Chefs, etc.);
• Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
• Costing of menu and portions in consultation with chefs.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
• Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided.
• Keeping administrative records.
• Maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required.
• Interacting with customers if involved with 'front of house' work.
• Liaising with suppliers and clients.
• Overseeing the management of facilities, e.g. Allocation of resources/staff.
• Deal with staff and clients’ issues.

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Fields.
• Certifications in Food, Safety and Health and other Relevant Fields
• Excellent Numeric and Computing Skills (pc Literate)

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position, preferable within oil and gas camp facilities.
• Proficient with the input of data using stock control software.
