Job Summary
- The International Service Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and correction of products that have been sold. He or She offers off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily services such as equipment pre-acceptance, start-up, maintenance, patrol inspection, call, technical transformation, training, etc.
- Ensure after-market development, and improve the sales of accessories and the charge of equipment under warranty.
- Responsible for service brand building, customer relationship maintenance and product improvement suggestion feedback.
- Using technical product knowledge and analytical abilities to respond to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution while abiding by solid engineering principles, standards, practices, and processes.
- To develop and implement technical solutions to fulfill client needs, act as a conduit and proactively support cross-functional communication between engineering teams, design teams, commercial teams, manufacturing, and suppliers.ivities, in-service unplanned disruptions, and customer issue resolution.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum B.Sc Degree or above
- Familiar with construction machinery-related products.
- At least 4 years of similar product service experience.
- Fluency in English.
