Eteredge Consulting Limited - Our client, a non-profit Academy located in Ikorodu, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of School

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

• Plan, organise, direct, manage and supervise academic programs for pupils.
• Maintain, develop or modify the curriculum to meet the needs of children enrolled in the school and remain current with development in the field.
• Complete various tasks in meeting demands of this position
• Developing the staff, implementation and management of daily activities.
• Oversee all the school staff in administrating, planning and evaluating activities and lesson plans that promote development.
• Train and supervise the school staff by holding regular meetings and assisting classroom where necessary.
• Regularly monitor staff performance for improvement and development in their teaching.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the teachers and work with staff to ensure high performance.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring recommendation process for teachers.

Requirements

• B.A / B.Sc / B.Ed in relevant teaching subject or Educational Administration.
• Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience. Experience in administrative responsibility.
• Member of TRCN.
• Passionate about Arts Education
• Experience in working or volunteering with a non profit organization is an added advantage.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
