Job Brief

• Exciting career opportunities have arisen for qualified graduate to joinFood Concepts Plc team. We are hiring graduates for our Traditional Home Meal Restaurant.

Main Duties

• To manage shift operations maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• To assist in the overall management of the restaurant to ensure regulation of costs and the maximization of sales and profitability.
• To act as second-in-command and in partnership with the Restaurant Manager, to provide direction to both staff and management teams.
• Check that daily paperwork is being completed correctly by staff.
• Carry out Retail Audits on own shifts.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance checks.
• Ensure compliance to portion sizes and waste targets.
• Skill Trainers.

Recruitment Criteria

• Qualified candidate must possess an OND or B.Sc or HND or Certificate in Hospitality Management or its equivalent.
• Applicant must have 1 - 2 years experience as a manager in a Quick Service Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
• Interested Candidate must be 25 years & above.
• Required to work Early, Late or Night Shift.
• Only candidate living close to the restaurant location should apply.
• Interested candidate will work any 6 days out of 7 days in a week.
