Job Description
- This role determines and documents business requirements and works with design & implementation staff to design & implement solutions within constraints. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

- Provides input to the documentation of requirements including data modelling, interface layouts, data flows, screen and report layouts, etc.
- Supports in the design of new business processes.

Accountabilities
System Testing:
- Tests systems and user acceptance and implements changes or new applications.
- Ensures all testing protocols are adhered to.
Specifications Development:
- Investigates and defines requirements for business processes.
- Documents requirements including data modeling, interface layouts, data flows, screen and report layouts, etc.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Works closely with the systems analyst and project manager to design and implement the best possible automated solution within the constraints of the tools available.
- Facilitates systems, user acceptance testing and implementation of changes or new applications.
Personal Effectiveness:
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.

Business Analysis:
- Analyses past, present and future business environment.

- Works with managers and relevant users on feasibility studies and establishing business and systems requirements.

- Serves as Admin for the CRM platform
- Serves as Admin for the BI platform
- Offer Project Management support
Qualifications and Experience
- Up to 3 years’ experience in business applications with some exposure to IT functions. An expert in a particular field.
