Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Functions

• Resolve all electrical related maintenanace gaps across depots and document accordingly.
• Troubleshooting and repairs of motor control cabinets.
• First line maintenance of satam flow meters, loading arms, and meter’s earting system.
• Installation of electrical equipment and replacement of defective elctrical componets across depots
• Repairs of motor control panels across depots when the need arises
• Modifying and maintaining the existing motor control panels if need be.
• Troubleshooting, repairs and installation of perimeter lights across depots
• Problem solving and troubleshooting all electrical equipment across depots.
• Installation of electrical equipment at the depots.
• Maintenance of all electrical and electronic equipment at the depots.
• Integrity checks of lightening arrestors across depots
• Integrity checks of product tanks cathodic protection across depots.
• Integrity checks of earthing system acorss depots and improving of earthing system if need be.
• Preparing of work method statements, permit to works and job hazard analysis for maintenace works.
• Any other job as assigned by line manager
• House keeping.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Petroleum depot maintenance experience is required.
• Minimum of Three years hands on experience is required.
