Job Title: ERP Administrator

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

• Creation and assigning of roles and level of access to the dynamics and POS users based on their scope of work. On request from HR and RHR, and approve by ERP manager.
• Installation of dynamics and POS for the users both in the head office and regional offices.
• Recovering of POS data when there is system crash.
• Daily replication of data from POS to the server.
• Calculating and replicating of customer balance from the server to POS.
• Daily backup.
• Support FAO to attach Asset no. to all van and bike reps sales accounts to facilitate posting of statement by RAM for accurate sales reports.
• Occasionally participating in the modification and running of Jet reports.
• Master records such as Customer, Vendor, Bank are created and properly maintained.
• Training of dynamics and POS users both new and existing users.
• Periodic review of the system operation to ensure data integrity and optimum performance.
• Timely escalation of issues that I cannot resolve to the ERP manager for immediate resolution.
• Uploading and replicating of credit limit for Wholesalers and Stockiest.
• Creation of new items (Tobacco and JNJ) on the server and replicate to POS.
• Creating and updating of sales prices and sales promo (tobacco and JNJ) on the server and replicate to POS.
• Ensure that operational issues of users are resolved timely.
• Upload and replication of sales rep basket.
• Ensure strict adherence to policies of the companies in granting user access and right to the ERP system.
• Enforce stock limits for stocks movement.
• Assist in resolving payroll issues both in HO and region.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 years experience.
