With over 75 full-time staff, it's looking to expand its talent base to bring in high-quality professionals to grow its operations. The company has delivered well over 60,000 cakes in under 3 years.

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for an experienced accounts officer to manage our company's bank accounts and record and analyze report financial data.

Job Description

• Record financial data, analyze this data, and prepare regular reports.
• Regular bookkeeping to ensure accounting is accurate and up to date.
• Work with the head of finance in approving company expenses.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure each operational facility has accurate financial data.
• Lead the company's relationship with banks and other financial houses.
• Analyze financial data using Quickbooks and other accounting software.
• Relate with external auditors and tax consultants.

Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a similar financial field.
• Postgraduate certifications like ACCA, ICAN.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Proven work experience in accounting or finance.
• Advanced use of accounting software like Quickbooks.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
• Should reside near Ikeja.
• Should be willing to work 23 days a month.
• Should be able to work on some weekends and public holidays.
• Should be agile, smart, and deeply analytical.
