Job Title: Customer Care Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Attend to customers cheerfully
• Guide customers on different process
• Attend to customers inquiries
• Attend to customer's questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Educate customers on different services and products
• Maintain courteous and calm disposition before customers.

Requirements

• Applicants must be computer literate
• Applicants MUST reside within Obalende, Marina and Bourdillon.
• Only suitable applicants residing within these environs would be contacted.

Salary
N30,000 monthly.
