Job Title: Assistant Technical Officer - Monitoring & Evaluation

Job Description

• Under the supervision of the Technical Officer, Monitoring & Evaluation, and additional supervision by the State Team Lead, the incumbent is responsible for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of C19RM activities for the state office.
• S/he will support demand creation activities to scale up COVID-19 screening amongst PLHIV in the state.
• S/he will work with others in the State office to ensure that monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project’s M&E needs.

Minimum Recruitment Standard

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / BA Degree in Statistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Monitoring and Evaluation or in relevant Degree with 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation or data management.
• Familiarity with Nigerian public health sector systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.
• A sound understanding of humanitarian assistance programming is desirable.
