This career oriented position will focus on all operational activities with prime focus on managing all services related to the rooms division and guest services. You will also be offering focus on the financial performance of the business and become the driver of service excellence.
Profile:
- Candidate Must have strong Rooms Division background.
- Must have upmarket and luxury hotel experience within city locations.
- Training and coaching of your local workforce and must be extremely hands-on.
- Effective organization and management of multiple departments such as housekeeping, front office, guest relations, etc.
- Supervising the financial aspect by managing revenue and budgets.
- Excel in guest services and remain frequently in touch with guests.
- Able to work on fresh sales and marketing ideas to promote and ripen revenue streams.
- Eagle-eyed attention to details.
- Should be an excellent team player.
