About the Job

• We are looking for Implementation Specialists to ensure that purchased software systems meet clients’ technical needs.
• Their job is to customise the software according to the client's needs and specifications, teach clients how to use it, and install customised software systems once approved.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to customise software systems
• Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation required to customise software systems
• Communicate with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval
• Customize software systems based on client's needs and specifications
• Educate clients on how to use purchased software systems
• Create a specialised document for each client detailing all customisations made
• Install customised software systems and all necessary components
• Ensure the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones
• Provide cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience working as an implementation specialist
• Sound technical knowledge
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Exceptional communications and customer service skills
