Job Title: Corporate Online Trainer
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Imo and Rivers
Employment Type: Part-time
Job Summary
- The ideal professional has to be an experienced educator and corporate trainer will be in-charge of handling online trainings to several individuals on different trainings needs and topics,
- Develop educational materials for assigned topics in different forms (documents, videos etc)
- Handle weekly(for a period of one year) online training for the learning class.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Design effective training programs
- Monitor trainee’s performance and training progress.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Human Resource Management or related course
- Proven experience as corporate trainer or online trainer with minimum 3 years
- Tech Savvy and knowledge use of online training platforms and e-learning software
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with documented processes.
- Strong accountability and collaborative skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.
- Very good decision making, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
