We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Writer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Doing extensive research on themes pertaining to the industry in order to create original material is a responsibility of a content writer.
• creating material for websites, blogs, articles, product descriptions, and social media.
• helping the marketing department create material for ad campaigns.
• Checking content for grammatical and consistency issues.
• editing and refining current information to make it easier to read.
• applying SEO best practices and conducting keyword research to boost website traffic for the business.
• Developing attention-grabbing headlines and body text to draw in the target audience.
• identifying the content gaps in the company's current offering and suggesting new material to fill them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• A portfolio of published articles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication skills.
