Key Responsibilities and Outputs

• Ensure machine uptime of 100% using VPO tools.
• Communicate effectively in the workplace
• Assist with development of maintenance plan.
• Execute maintenance activities and routines in line with VPO standard
• Ensure that correct spares are available.
• Coach, train and upskills operators.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Ensure a healthy industrial relations climate
• Manage and apply personnel practices.
• Identify problems or potential problems and resolve timely
• Facilitate problem solving

Profile
Education:

• B.Eng or HND in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-speed packaging.
