Job Title: Food Quality / Safety Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- The Food safety officer ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- He or sheengages relevant department to ensure compliance with environmental hygiene standard.
- Monitor daily adherence to cleaning and sanitizing procedure, ensures adherence to PPE rule and compliance of food production with recipe standard.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Food Microbiology.
- 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards (GHP, GMP)
- Must be familiar with ISO 22000Food Safety Management System
- Proximity to Island is key.
