Job Title: Field Support Officer

Job Description

• Provides support to the agent network business
• Device initiatives to increase agent transaction activity and return
• Ensure full compliance with business and regulatory standards
• Identify and assess business growth opportunities in accordance with the overall strategy and goaL

Responsibilities

• Grow the number of virtual banking adoption and usage
• Generate daily activity report
• Generate business intelligence report
• Relationship management focus on reactivation of dormant virtual banking wallet with right profile
• Ensure 100% agent branding compliance.

Requirement

• BSc holder only.

Salary
N90,000 monthly.
