Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing HR practices & processes.
- Recruiting & training staff..
- Maintain employee records according to policy & legal requirements
- Preparing job descriptions, posting adverts, managing the hiring process.
- Handling disciplinary & grievance issues.
Job Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Additional qualification is an advantage.
- Professional certification in HR is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience as a HR Officer or a similar role.
- Female.
- Perferably Married.
- Above 28 years old.
- Should possess good understanding of the following: of HR policies & procedures, HR functions, etc.
- Strong IT skills: competency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, & email.
