We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanic

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract

Duties & Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance of Trucks & Trailers
• Engine Overhauling
• Regular servicing of trucks
• Inspection at arrival & before dispatch of trucks
• Filling up check list declaring status of major components and functionality of trucks
• Updating Maintenance register/cards
• Ensuring trucks are technically sound & raising alert for any fault due to driver incompetence, negligence, and/or insubordination
• Maintaining Shop floor cleanliness/hygiene/safety for smooth operation

Education

• OND in Engineering

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Mechanic for heavy-duty trucks
• Able to communicate effectively with drivers
