Job Title: Senior Sous Chef

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all kitchen operations in line with GMP standards.
• Management of the administrative and financial goals, and good sanitation while maintaining a high diversity and standard of services.
• Maintaining high standards and profitability levels in the overall management of the kitchen, materials and equipment.
• Ensuring that all cooks follow laid down policies and procedures in the performance of their Jobs.

Requirements

• A Degree in Culinary or Food Science or similar relevant Degree.
• 7 years post qualification experience, at least 3 of which must have been at a senior supervisory level.
• Minimum age of 35 years.
