Job Title: Estate Surveyor
Location: Adamasingba, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Promptly letting/leasing vacant apartments on the best possible terms.
- Follow up on all payments from tenants.
- Undertake rent reviews & lease renewals.
- Manage tenant compliance within lease terms & repairing obligations.
- Undertake inspections of premises for management, lease & statutory.
- compliance purposes
- Develop solid working relationships with tenants to minimise tenants' arrears.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management.
- 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Female/Male.
- 22 - 27 years old.
- Previous work experience as an Estate Surveyor or a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in the statutory laws & guidelines in estate management.
