We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Adamasingba, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Promptly letting/leasing vacant apartments on the best possible terms.
• Follow up on all payments from tenants.
• Undertake rent reviews & lease renewals.
• Manage tenant compliance within lease terms & repairing obligations.
• Undertake inspections of premises for management, lease & statutory.
• compliance purposes
• Develop solid working relationships with tenants to minimise tenants' arrears.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management.
• 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Female/Male.
• 22 - 27 years old.
• Previous work experience as an Estate Surveyor or a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in the statutory laws & guidelines in estate management.

Salary
N60,000 monthly
