Job Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients.
- Responding to inquiries from online & walk-in clients.
- Assisting clients with checking in & checking out.
- Keeping client records.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & improving customer experience.
Job Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Previous work experience in this role or a similar one in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Female
- 25 - 35 years old
- Customer service-oriented
- Well groomed
- Good communication skills
- Polite & friendly
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint)
