Job Description / Responsibilities

• Meet personal/team sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Meet personal/team sales targets.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Education

• Interested candidates must possess a minimum of OND in any relevant field of study.
