The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Processing invoices
- Managing the office petty cash system
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
- B.Sc / HND in a relevant discipline
- 1-3 years' hands-on experience in finance operations and book-keeping
- Comfortable using online accounting tools, eg Xero, Quickbooks, etc
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
