Job Title: Healthcare/ Pharmacy Assistant
Location: Abuja
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Checking the quantities of goods on display and stock.
- Attending to customers daily.
- Ability to demonstrate product use.
- Ability to market the company’s product.
- Building effective business relationships with health care partners and customers.
- Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive and staff team.
- Undertake general administrative duties.
- Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
- Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.
- Provide after sale service.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree In: Health Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biological Science or Microbiology.
- Relevant experience gained in any pharmaceutical or health care industry involving contact with customers is beneficial although training will be given.
