Job Description
- Summit a monthly accounting report to the MD before the monthly operations meeting.
- Record all ales made by the company.
- Gets data of sales and expenditure from the secretary,the operations manager and the BDM to compute into the company's ledger.
- Work out the monthly payroll and salary and send same to the MD on or before 26th of every month.
- Receives request for products or services from prospective clients,complaints from clients,logistics demand from field officers.upon receipt,the secretary should assure the client that an answer will be given as soon as possible.
