Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a competent HR officer to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records according to policy.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure improved performance.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Professional Certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or othet relevant experience.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Must be a female between the ages of 24 to 32 years.
