Job Description

• Our client is in search of an Insurance Retail Manager to oversee the sales operations of the company.
• Create sales strategies, action plans, and budgets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and /or external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organization’s profit potential.
• Promote the organization’s products and services to new and current clients.
• Liaise with clients on regular bases to understand their needs, and resolve client complaints and issues.
• Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors’ actions.
• Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets.
• Lead insurance agents and track performance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments.

Qualification

• B.Sc or HND Degree.
• Previous experience in Insurance is required.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products and the market.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
