Requirements
- Must speak excellent and fluent English
- Must have good communication skills

- Excellent computer skills are required

- Sophisticated approach to handling calls
- Must be respectful and polite
- Must maintain good relationship with existing and new customers/clients.
- Deposited liability generation
- Must have a basic customer service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good documentation and record keeping
- Good reading and listening skills
Requirement
- Minimum of OND in a relevant course.
