Requirements
  • Must speak excellent and fluent English
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Candidate should have a personable character
  • Excellent computer skills are required
  • Should have an appropriate dress sense
  • Sophisticated approach to handling calls
  • Must be respectful and polite
  • Must maintain good relationship with existing and new customers/clients.
  • Deposited liability generation
  • Must have a basic customer service orientation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good documentation and record keeping
  • Good reading and listening skills
Requirement
  • Minimum of OND in a relevant course.
